Air of change for the note online auction house eBay, the company has just signed an agreement to sell the products offered by the online store Buy.com through its Web site without resorting to the traditional mechanism of the auction.

The agreement just signed with Buy.com responds to the needs of eBay to change their strategies: lately it seems that users prefer to buy products at a price fixed by vendors deemed reliable, often resorting to rival sites like Amazon.

Thanks to partnership with Buy.com, eBay will provide its customers a wider range of products. The agreement has caused some discontent among the other eBay sellers: as reported by the New York Times, believe that Buy.Com will not be subject to the same contractual conditions of the other ebayer and will therefore more privileges.
